I wake up surprisingly early…every morning, even on the weekends, but on this Sunday I was happy to embrace my bizarre sleeping pattern and get to the kitchen. First stop though, flowers at the market!


And the brunch begins...with not a single wine glass matching.
My potato hashbrown flipping skills only improved
Added some peppers and onions, champagne salt (felt that was appropriate) and fresh ground pepper
I'm pretty sure I could live on potatoes alone, so made two batches, figured other people might want to try them too.
