No burger is complete without FRENCH FRIES!!

Oddly enough I am not Paula Deen, so there is no deep fryer installed in my kitchen island, instead I will use the oven.
My mandoline comes in handy again

The first batch of fries I tossed:
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan
Rosemary


I baked the fries at 500 degrees for about 35-45 minutes, tossing them periodically.
You may want to leave them in a little longer if you like them crunchy
While the fries baked, a salad I would make
Mixed greens
Candied almonds
Blue cheese
Craisins
These crispy fries were da bomb diggity
(And yes, the term "bomb diggity" is also making a come back)
