We had two veggies in the group, and although I wanted to wrap everything in bacon I held back and just roasted some asparagus.
It was a huge success among herbivores and carnivores alike.
Cooking in a tiny kitchen, for a big group, on a small budget, with an even smaller space to dine.
I recently found a happy medium to wrapping asparagus in bacon vs plain roasting and that is to saute them in bacon grease. Delicious!!!!
