About Me

Apron & Wine
In January 2010 I moved from Hells Kitchen to the East Village, a 4th floor walk up with four other roommates. Together the five of us have accumulated 4 brands of forks, 6 types of spoons, and an insurmountable number of knives. Nothing really matches, when you turn the oven on the whole apartment is heated for hours, and most of our guests end up dining on the living room couch or on our “balcony” commonly referred to as a fire escape. Despite these alternative-dining conditions friends and guests still trek up the stairs with a bottle of wine in hand, and I cook for them!
